I'm looking for Multi Trader for a permanent position from day one working around the West Midlands on insurance repairs. This contract will involve working on both empty and occupied houses, carrying out a wide range of repairs where needed.The Multi Trades can be required to work on:

Kitchens and Bathrooms
Doors, Skirting, Architraves
Plumbing
Patch Plastering
Basic Decorating
Finishing and Making Good
UPVC window and door repair/installation
Plasterboarding

Ideally, I'm looking to speak to Multi Trades that:

Have their own van
Have a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
Hold a recent Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness and Working at Heights certificate
Experience working on Domestic Property Repairs

and in return, the Multi Trades will receive:

£36,000 - 40,000 per year
permanent position, or a long term self employed contract
Mileage expenses
