Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks, working at heights and in confined spaces
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Identify necessary works and costs
Requirements:
- Full, clean driving licence
- Attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Skilled in repairs, maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and painting
- Flexibility to work in varied locations
