I am seeking a Multi Trade Operative for a 5-month contract in South Birmingham with a leading housing association in the West Midlands.
The role involves conducting reactive and emergency repairs, routine repairs, and responding to scheduled appointments.
Candidates should have experience in carpentry or plumbing, possess their own van, and demonstrate excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Social housing experience is preferred, and the position offers competitive market rates along with 45p per mile for travel.

I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to complete a 5 month contract around south birmingham for one of the largest housing associations in the west midlands.The duties of the Multi Trade Operative will include:

Conducting reactive repairs within customers homes
Dealing with emergency repairs
Routine repairs
Responding to prearranged repair appointments
Using a wide range of trades on a day to day basis

As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have:

Experience in a core trade of carpentry or plumbing
Own van
Excellent communication skills and a customer focus
Social housing experience
