Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Trader to start as soon as possible in Birmingham on a job-by-job basis (Self-Employed). 

We are ideally looking for canddiates with an extensive background with domestic and commercial insurance work. You will be completing various trade tasks across multiple sites in Birmingham whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Execute a variety of tasks, including carpentry, plastering, tiling, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
  • Complete repairs, maintenance, and renovations on residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within project specifications.
  • Maintain clear and courteous communication with clients and team members.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements

  • CSCS Card
  • Own tools van & PPE 
  • Full UK Driving License 
  • Proven experience in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, etc.)
  • Experience with domestic and commercial insurance work preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
