Job Advert: Multi-Tradesman - Birmingham

We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Tradesman to join our growing team, working on repairs and maintenance for both void and tenanted properties across Birmingham areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry: Repair and install architraves, skirting, and UVPC windows and doors.
- Plumbing: Install and maintain baths, toilets, sinks, and other sanitary ware. Locate and repair leaks as required.
- Plastering, Decorating and Tiling are also requirements on this project
- Multi work on repairs and maintenance
This is a great opportunity for a versatile, hands-on trades person with a strong background in both carpentry and plumbing. You'll be working in a varied role with the chance to expand your skill set through in-house training, while making a tangible impact on the upkeep of residential properties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both carpentry and plumbing and plastering
- Full driving license
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and tenants.
- Will need to be happy to undergo DBS checks, manual handling course, working at height course and Asbestos Awareness.
