Alecto Recruitment is recruiting currently for a Multi Utility site supervisor for a client of ours who are a leading Civil Engineering and Multi Utility contractor.

Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced site supervisor.

The site supervisor vacancy is a pivotal on-site leadership role.

Salary:

• 50,000 - 60,000
• Commercial Vehicle - Ranger Pick up truck
• 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

The Role:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to -day management and coordination of large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Supervise all on-site activities, including the work of subcontractors and trades, to ensure projects progress according to design specifications and contracts
• Enforce health, safety and environmental standards to maintain compliance within regulations and company policies
• Monitor project schedules and work plans
• Perform quality control checks and inspections to uphold high standards throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in large-scale construction or civil engineering projects
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, techniques and safety procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Competency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Relevant certifications such as: SMSTS, CSCS
