Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who are an established multi-disciplined civil engineering and utilities contractor.

Due to their continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team.

The Role:

• To be responsible for the installation of multi utilities for a portfolio of projects
• This will include the management of customer relations, staff contractors ensuring that networks are built safely, to the correct specification and to the companies and clients satisfaction
• Complete initial and ongoing site meetings
• Initial meeting require the relevant operational / SHEQ documentation
• Potential for national coverage for clients projects

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor
• Ideally you will have gained experience working within utility connections / multi utility connection sectors
• Have experience and expertise around civils along with reinstatement level works
• Extensive experience within same role, or similar within the civil engineering sector.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, with a 'can do' attitude without compromising safety and/or compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including employees, management, regulatory agencies, and the community.

Package:

• 50,000 - 55,000
