As a New Build Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of new build property matters from inception to completion, including:
  • Sales and purchases
  • Transfer of equity
  • Right to buy
  • Shared ownership schemes
  • Lease extensions
• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and potential business sources.
• Achieve fee income targets in line with agreed objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have substantial experience managing your own conveyancing caseload.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a process-driven approach to work.
• Be commercially astute with a clear understanding of business targets and their importance to the firm.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to providing exceptional client care.
• Be IT proficient, with experience using web-based case management systems.
