Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and monitoring assessments at training centres and various locations to meet qualification scheme and awarding body standards.
- Delegating work streams to engineering teams and collaborating with Project Management, Planning, and Civils Teams.
- Working closely with local authorities to arrange permits for scheduled works.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with NRSWA regulations and highway projects.
- Proficiency with IT equipment and Microsoft software for record-keeping and reporting.
- Working towards certifications such as Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Process and Practice, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and NRSWA Supervisor Units.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
