My client is a national law firm, and they are looking for recruit an Associate to join their occupational disease team in Birmingham. Salary for the role is £55k DOE. The role is a little different to other occupational disease roles you will come across. My client has recognised a niche in the market within high value stress at work claims. They are wanting to bring in a more junior solicitor who really wants to make this market their own and become the go to in this niche practice. As well as the stress at work files you will also be running and assisting on a predominantly litigated caseload of high value asbestos related disease claims. Salary is £55,000 DOE + bonus with 1 to 2 days in the office a week. There is also true flexible working, you work the hours in the day that work best for you.
