Job Title: Broker On-boarding Associate
Duration: 12 months
Salary: £40,000-50,000 annual salary plus bonus, pension & travel reimbursement
Location: Birmingham/home based (2 days in Birmingham office per week/3 days home working)
The Role:
- Receive and process requests for onboarding of new brokers, utilising relationships with external service providers
- Carrying out due diligence on brokers and escalating, where necessary
- Create, submit, receive, amend and store documentation, specific for each legal entity
- Attend team meetings with the wider broker onboarding team across the group
- Generate MI for the work performed in the month
- Referral of technical queries to relevant stakeholders
Experience Required:
- Administrative experience, preferably within the insurance, legal or financial services sectors desirable
- Must have at least 2+ years experience within a similar role
- Computer skills - good working knowledge of MS Office, well developed spreadsheet skills and the ability to learn new software packages
- Able to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
- The ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise
