An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Onboarding Officer to join a well-established and highly capable professional services organisation based in Birmingham on 12 month FTC working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate a smooth transition for clients
- Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the onboarding journey.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client onboarding.
- Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding procedures and best practices.
