We are seeking an exceptional PA to support four members of the senior management team, assisting across a wide range of duties.

If you are an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a challenge, is looking for a varied and fast-paced role, and takes pride in achieving your goals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and adaptability. You will be responsible for managing diaries months in advance, helping to plan important events, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. No two days will be the same in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

Management of complex diaries

Handling and processing confidential financial information

Preparation of documents and files for meetings, presentations, and briefings

Management of inboxes, making confident decisions on behalf of the senior team when necessary

Providing flexible office cover when needed

Arranging high-profile events across various departments

Coordinating UK and overseas travel arrangements

Requirements

Strong organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong collaborative abilities

Able to work efficiently and effectively within a large organisation

Excellent interpersonal skills

General administration experience preferred
