My client is a Legal 500 regional law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Paralegal for their office in Birmingham. The team you will ne joining is constantly bringing in new, high-quality work. You will be running your own caseload that will consist of both fast and multi track RTA, EL/PL and some Clinical Negligence. You will also be assisting the Head of Department with their high value work which consists of files 1m+. Some of the cases you will be exposed to include spinal injuries, amputations and brain injuries. Salary for the role is £32,000 DOE. There is also a fantastic benefits package that includes 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and the option to purchase additional days, 8% pension contributions, discounted legal fees and many more. There are also real opportunities for progression, the head of department for example has worked their way up through the ranks to this position. To be considered for the role you will need to come from a claimant background with experience managing your own caseload.
