This multi-office law firm are looking to add a qualified Personal Injury solicitor to their growing Personal Injury team and to manage a varied caseload and to continue to build clientrelationships with existing and new clients who need advice on a range of PI and Clinical Negligence cases. The opportunity is open to someone who is NQ or who has previously qualified and comes with experience in this area.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Personal Injury Solicitor:

  • Manage a broad range of PI cases
  • Building effective relationships with clients offering advice, solutions and going the extra mile
  • Providing clear and easily understandable advice to clients
  • Ability to network and to generate business directly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent, and up to date, knowledge around procedures and any changes to the law
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills including communication, negotiation and the ability to gain trust
  • Able to manage high value and complex cases
