Job Title: Powder Coater
Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: £11.44 to £13.50 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (shift pattern is between 6am and 7pm, dependent on experience)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Execute powder coating tasks according to the production schedule
- Perform pre-treatment processes to ensure optimal coating adhesion
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Safely load and unload items onto the coating line
- Pack finished products for shipment, ensuring they are properly protected
Requirements:
- Previous experience in powder coating and pre-treatment techniques
- Ability to perform quality inspections and make adjustments as needed
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
