Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Lead
In the role of this Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Lead, you will head a team of specialists, including consultants and developers, to deliver projects utilising Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE solutions. This position involves managing the team's performance and overseeing their professional growth.
You will be designing and deploying modern solutions, levering Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE and other tools. You will work closely with other areas of the business, as well as clients, to gather business requirements and deliver tailored solutions where needed. As a Lead, you will be responsible for leading the way, sharing best practices and making sure that the right standards are met when delivering on a project.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing a team of consultants and developers
- Getting involved in presales tasks
- Designing Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE solutions, using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI
- Developing technical solutions using logic apps and Azure functions
- Conducting code reviews, testing and documentation of the solutions
- Working closely with clients to gather requirements to design tailored solutions
- Providing training and mentoring to your team
Technical Skills Required
- Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- High-level understanding of Dynamics CE modules
- High-level understanding of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Azure services
- Able to integrate Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using REST APIs
Experience Required
- Working for a consultancy in your past roles
- Demonstrable experience designing and developing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Management experience, leading technical teams
- Past roles as a Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Consultant
Other Requirements
- Full driving licence
This is a salaried position paying up to £90,000. It offers a predominantly remote working environment, with travel occasionally required to client sites on a monthly basis.
