We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join our team at Academics. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified primary teacher to take on a PPA Teacher role and make a significant impact on our students' learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities of a PPA Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups during PPA time.
- Ensure continuity of learning and maintain high standards in the absence of the class teacher.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers to support the curriculum and enhance student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain records of student progress.
- Uphold the school's values and promote a positive learning environment.
Requirements of a PPA Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different year groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility- As a PPA Teacher this is vital.
