Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for a flexible opportunity? Flourish Education is working with a small, ‘Good' rated, Primary School in Quinton, to find a dedicated PPA Teacher.

This role is part-time, one day per week (Wednesdays), starting in January, with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year. The school could be flexible on the day worked if the candidate was the right fit for the school. The position includes planning responsibilities, and you'll be paid for 1.5 days per week to reflect this commitment.

As a PPA Teacher for this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Plan and mark work to a high standard.
  • Maintain excellent behaviour management in line with the school's policies.
  • Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to provide an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Uphold the school's "Good" standards and ethos.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working as a Primary Teacher or Cover Teacher.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse needs.
