Our client located in the Birmingham area are looking for a Private Client (Probate) Fee Earner to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

Role & Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters.
  • You will be focusing on Wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • (Preferred) Qualified Private Client Fee Earner
  • Experienced running your own Private Client caseload.
  • You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills.
