Position : Project Control Assessor/Trainer
Location : Birmingham
Sector : Construction Engineering, Power
Salary : 40,000- 45,000
Monday-Friday

Requirements:

* Experienced in Project Control, Project Management, Project Engineer disciplines within the Energy sector
* Training experience beneficial but not essential
* Project Control/Project Management qualification or equivalent
* Good IT skills
* Understanding of problem solving and risk management techniques
* Knowledge and understanding of Project Control disciplines in Planning, costing and Estimating.

Duties:

* Monitor, coach and assess learners
* Support both internal training delivery and external delivery
* Carry out assessing and coaching of apprentices and adults, monitoring performances and supporting as appropriate
* Align taught courses with site operations and the curriculum to best improve the learners
* Drive completion of tasks, and achievement of deadlines
* Develop and train apprentices in the following sectors: Nuclear, Petro-Chem, Pharma, Thermal.
* Comply with national laws/regulations
