Client Details
My client is a well-known public sector organisation undertaking a major pay/reward programme - they require a Project/Workstream Lead to lead on the rollout of programme deliverables with one eye firmly on the data workstream.
Description
The successful Project Lead will work closely with the programme's data workstream to ensure that data requirements are understood and reflected in outputs. Beyond this you will need to lead delivery of key aspects of the pay & reward programme, ensuring that comms are aligned with the delivery roadmap.
Profile
The successful Project Lead will have experience delivering data-driven HR/pay/reward focused projects within the public sector.
Job Offer
(Apply online only) per day (rate to umbrella) dependent on experience.
This role is inside scope of IR35.
The role will require 3 days per week on-site in Birmingham.
