QHSE Coordinator

Are you a experienced QHSE Coordinator, who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys improving processes when it comes to Quality?

Have you worked in a fast pace environment dealing with or working with Metal biased products?

Have you been responsible for or supported a wider team through ISO9001, AS9100 and ISO45001 audits?

Key Responsibilities:

· QHSE Management System: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for the branch's QHSE systems.

· Non-Conformance Management: Manage non-conforming material, product specifications, and maintain supplier rejection database; issue NCRs and follow up on supplier credits and corrective actions (RCCA).

· Customer Complaints: Oversee customer complaints process, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, 8D reports, and reporting to customers and senior management.

· Calibration & Compliance: Maintain the quality inspection equipment calibration system and manage COSHH compliance.

· Accident/Incident Management: Oversee accident/incident logs, investigations, corrective actions, and training needs.

· Utilities & Waste Management: Manage utilities, waste, and vehicle usage; update monthly EMS objectives.

· Audits & Corrective Actions: Conduct internal audits, lead customer and third-party audits (ISO 9100, ISO 14001, HS, fire, etc.), and ensure corrective actions are followed through.

· Reporting & Reviews: Prepare monthly QHSE reports, manage KPI meetings, and lead annual management review meetings.

· Training & Inductions: Conduct new starter inductions, QHSE awareness training, and organize various safety-related training (first aid, fire wardens, manual handling, FLT, crane usage, waste streams, and spills).

Experience Required:

· Experience of Quality and HS systems management ISO9001, AS9100 and ISO45001

· Knowledge of Environmental management systems ISO14001

· Technical knowledge regarding material specifications

· Qualified and experienced Internal auditor

· Computer literate with experience of excel and associated data processes

· Data analysis, interpretation, interrogation & problem solving

· Knowledge & experience of RCCA methods
