- Proven experience as a QHSE Manager in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification is essential.
- Internal or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and engage staff at all levels to ensure a positive approach to QHSE.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality legislation and regulations.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, and manage non-conformities through effective corrective and preventive action plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and support operational teams in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through regular training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on QHSE performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver QHSE training programs to ensure employee awareness and understanding of standards and procedures.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and ensure compliance.
- Act as the point of contact for all QHSE-related matters, providing expertise and guidance to the wider team.
