Job details:

  • Sourcing candidates (temporary teachers and teaching assistants) using job board search, advertising, networking and CRM outreach.
  • Interviewing candidates, checking qualifications and right to work.
  • Undertaking all necessary compliance checks to enable candidates are able to work.
  • Collaboration with all team members, as you will be part of the Resourcing team supplying within primary, secondary and SEN schools.
  • Working to activity led targets.
  • Progression plan to either senior delivery and compliance roles or Recruitment Consultancy.

Experience needed:

  • 1 year experience within recruitment resourcing, ideally within education or a similar compliance led sector.
  • Ability to commute 8am - 5pm Tuesday - Friday to the Hagley Road office.
  • Experience of referencing and qualification/ DBS checking candidates.
