The Role.
As a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant, you will be..
- Generating leads, sourcing great candidates and building your network.
- Engaging with clients
- Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies
- Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs
- Providing professional advice on the job market and manage expectations
- Managing payroll and compliance
About You.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
- Resilient and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Focused and goal-orientated
