Regional Sales Executive

East Anglia, Wales & Midlands

£35,000 + Car & Bonus

Are you a self-driven, motivated, and organised individual with a proven sales track record? If so, we want to hear from you! Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a Yorkshire based, family owned manufacturing business to recruit a Regional Sales Executive to join their team. As a Regional Sales Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving success by managing regional sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and develop customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales by promoting our diverse product range and demonstrating its value.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms that benefit both the customer and our company.
  • Collaborate with internal technical sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional pre and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market opportunities and provide informed pricing recommendations.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to represent our brand.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance using our CRM platform.

Skills  & Experience

  • Experience within aggregates or an industrial environment
  • A proven track record in a field sales and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivation, consistency, and excellent organisational skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
