Your Role

  • From a curated list of prospective clients and current customers, you will pitch and sell our highly regarded digital solutions.
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients in your assigned region.
  • Play a critical role in generating revenue and contributing to sales success.
  • Ensure active collaboration of cross-functional teams involved in the sales process.


What You'll Do Daily

  • As the Regional Sales Lead for Digital Transformation, your goal is to align our solutions with client needs, creating mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction by demonstrating expertise in our product portfolio.
  • Persuade potential customers of the value our solutions offer.
  • Implement strategic account and territory plans to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to finalise deals.
  • Cultivate both short- and long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Address customer challenges, particularly in relation to their digital transformation journey.
  • Remain adaptable and responsive to various client demands.
  • Consistently achieve monthly performance targets.
  • Report directly to the Sales Leadership for the UK & Ireland region.

  • Strong sales and business development capabilities.
  • Highly organised, with a focus on meeting targets and driving results.
  • Analytical mindset paired with problem-solving abilities; must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Time management expertise and adaptability to a fast-evolving business environment.
  • Ability to manage changing conditions while maintaining composure and making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proven ability to plan strategically and deliver on business objectives.
  • Skilled in persuasion, building rapport, and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Basic knowledge of discrete and process manufacturing along with an understanding of the key factors driving value in these sectors.
