Responsibilities:

  • Produce and manage standard and special reminders for clients.
  • Prioritise and respond to client and attorney queries related to renewals.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts for renewals.
  • Process instructions to pay renewal fees and handle invoicing.
  • Update records and ensure accuracy by auditing daily instructions.
  • Process abandonment of cases and mark records accordingly.
  • Pay fees to various foreign agents.
  • Utilise task planner and diaries to stay organised and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic payment systems and online platforms.
