Our client is a successful, national construction and FM recruiter who are looking to add firepower to their team with the hire of a new labour manager/resourcer. In brief;
- day-to-day management of bookings for FM and semi skilled workers
- allocation of contract roles to suitable candidates
- dealing with a small portfolio of clients to help pipeline candidates with the appropriate skillsets
- resource for candidates using a variety of means
- negotiating pay rates for workers
- collating timesheets and dealing with some admin
Generally, this is a very busy role to step into! You would need a minimum of 12 months in recruitment and be used to volume work and all the challenges that brings!
