A leading family run British Manufacturing Company located in the heart of Birmingham. They are looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Sales Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team of 10.

What’s on offer

What will you do as a Sales Administrator

  • Deal with all incoming customer and sales enquiries
  • Sales order processing
  • Chase suppliers for back orders and outstanding stock
  • Upload new pricing and pricing lists
  • Raise customer invoices and credits
  • Organise international shipping of export orders

What will you need to be a Sales Administrator

  • Happy to be onsite 5 days a week
  • Based locally near Small Heath
  • Past experience of working for an SME or family run business
  • Be adaptable, hands on and have a can do attitude
  • Worked within sales administration within manufacturing
