As Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:Sales Processing
  • Managing customer reservations and processing documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinating contracts, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Customer Engagement & Support
  • Acting as a key point of contact for buyers, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Data & Reporting
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity and customer details.
  • Generating reports to track performance and market trends.
Liaison & Communication
  • Working closely with consultants, solicitors, agents, and other departments to streamline transactions.
  • Ensuring all stakeholders are informed and updated throughout the journey.
Administrative & Financial Support
  • Overseeing stock availability, coordinating reservations, and assisting with marketing promotions.
