A growing and forward-thinking business specialising in providing trade services to across the Midlands.
What you will do:
- Manage inbound enquiries from the ecommerce
- Liaise with marketing company and track there KPIs & ROI
- Booking in appointments for the sales team to meet clients
- Providing sales support to sale team from point of quotation
- Sending out information packs to clients once appointments are booked
- Process new sales orders onto the CRM
- Keep the customer updated throughout the sales process providing updates
What will you need?
- Previous sales admin or internal sales experience would be advantageous
- Has used Hubspot CRM previously
- Confident in speaking with clients over the phone
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
- Confident on the telephone
