This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading environmental consultancy who provide expert compliance services to the residential and commercial industries. They are looking for an experienced and accredited SAP Assessor to join their team who operate across the UK.

Role responsibilities for an SAP Assessor include:

  • Produce Part L SAP assessments to ensure clients projects are in compliance with UK Building Regulations
  • Produce Energy statements for the planning stages of commercial and residential projects
  • Produce general energy and sustainability reports for clients within a timely manner.
  • Help improve clients understanding of UK Building Regulations such as Part L

The ideal SAP Assessor will have:

  • An OCDEA Qualification through a credible accreditation scheme is essential
  • Relevant experience in an energy assessor role delivering SAP assessments and calculations
  • Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations such as Part L
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well independently
