School administrator required in Birmingham!
We are looking for someone who is available Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Duties:
- Writing emails and answering phone calls
- Administrative duties such as emails, spreadsheets, letters
- Parent Liaison
- LA liaison
- Preparation of reports
- Organising appointments
- Provision and interventions
Key skills / competencies:
- Ideally have used: SIMS, Arbor, CPOMs, and MS office.
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised, good record keeping skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work both independent and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Safeguarding training
- 5 year check able work history
- Enhanced DBS
- Previous school admin experience.
