  • Must hold a recognised IQA qualification.
  • Must be an experienced Internal Verifier of Leadership Apprenticeship/Training programmes (Level 5/7). 
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of National Professional Qualifications.
  • Minimum Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE / Functional Skills / equivalent). 
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Role duties;
  • To lead the Quality Assurance process for Level 5 and Level 7 School Leader Apprenticeships, achieving high sustained performance, quality of delivery and learner journey in line with internal and external standards.
  • Work closely with the Curriculum Development team to ensure curriculum content and delivery is in line with NPQ frameworks.
  • Carry out regular observations of activity, share best practice and provide guidance and support to a team of Assessors best practice and provide guidance and support to a team of Assessors
  • Support achieving consistency of delivery through Standardisation activities
  • Drive and implement continuous quality improvement.
  • Ensure the timely achievement of learners.
