Job Requirements of this School Minibus Driver role in Kings Norton:• Transporting students safely to and from school and on trips, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.• Adhering to school policies and guidelines to ensure the safe operation of the minibus.• Providing excellent customer service to students and staff.• Reporting any issues or accidents to the relevant authorities as per school procedures.• Ensuring the minibus is well-maintained and kept clean.
Ideal candidates will possess:• A valid Category D1 driving licence.• MIDAS training (essential), or a willingness to cover the cost of this training if not already held.• Previous experience in a similar role, transporting passengers.• A strong sense of responsibility and a focus on safety.• Ability to work flexible hours as required.
