Aspire People is committed to providing outstanding support to educational institutions across Birmingham. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team at a local school, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for students and staff.

Role Overview:
As the Site Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the school premises. Your role is vital in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the maintenance and security of the school buildings and grounds.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance work, and cleaning services.
Oversee site staff and liaise with contractors and service providers.
Assist with the setup and organization of school events and activities.
Ensure all facilities are prepared for daily use, including classrooms, halls, and outdoor areas.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for the site.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a school or similar environment.
