SEND Key Worker - 17.90ph - Hybrid Working
NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority, based in the West Midlands, who are looking for an experienced SEND worker to join their newly restructured SEND Service. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a SEND setting & will strive towards the best possible outcomes for service users.
This position would allow you the opportunity to work within a newly restructured service, who have come together to ensure best practice and opportunities for service users, which will allow you the satisfaction of knowing the work you carry out will have the best possible outcomes for service users in your care.
This is a hybrid working role, allowing you the opportunity to completely manage your own diary whilst working from the comfort of your own home, which will allow you to create a fantastic work life balance.
Responsibilities of this role include -
* To work with partners and families in Staffordshire to enable vulnerable children and young people to be safe and secure; to promote physical and emotional well-being and to help them achieve their full potential within their communities
* This shared vision has been developed by a range of people involved in and committed to high quality, strong and effective children and families' services in Staffordshire. It incorporates views and ideas from managers, front-line practitioners and service users who will be the key contributors to making the vision a reality.

Requirements:
* An up to date DBS check
