Salary: £135 - £200 Per Day (based on experience and qualifications)

ABC Teachers is seeking enthusiastic and qualified SEND Teachers to start in September 2024.

We work closely with a range of SEND and Alternative Provision settings to find skilled educators for long-term roles. These positions cover a variety of subjects and are tailored to meet the specific needs of students. As a SEND Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, delivering, marking, and assessing tailored lessons to meet individual student needs.
• Collaborating with support staff to ensure all students receive personalized support.
• Adapting teaching strategies to accommodate a range of learning styles and abilities.

The ideal SEND Teacher will have:

• A degree in Special Education (or a related field) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or significant experience teaching students with SEND aligned with the national curriculum.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• A creative and forward-thinking approach to teaching and learning.
• A commitment to fostering the progress and well-being of all students.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills to meet diverse learning needs.
• A proactive, dedicated, and child-centered attitude.
