DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the professional services industry who require a Senior Active Directory Engineer to join the team in London on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You'll be responsible for all aspects of support of the firm's core services and platforms environment leveraging Windows Active Directory, Citrix and other services to ensure that the service is maintained to high standards.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a team lead, coach and mentor to other team members. Deputising for the Senior Manager, they will assist in handling operational issues, orchestrating project, operational assignments, and liaising with other IT and wider business teams as needed.
* Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues before they impact the user/customer.
* Provide input into the overall management of the Core Services and Platforms team, including resourcing, budgeting, technology roadmaps, tasks and the oversight of all Core Services and Platforms initiatives.
* Active Directory including OU design, Group Policy Preferences, Group Policy Objects, DHCP, DNS, WINS, PKI certificate Domain Controller management and Roles management as well as SSO and authentication systems.
* The global support of Azure hosted services listed below and their integration with all products and applications across the estate:
o Conditional Access Policies
o Role/Group Management
o Entra Connect
o Microsoft Authenticator
o On-Prem Active Directory
o Group Policy/Intune Policies
o Windows Defender for Identity
* Working with InfoSec to ensure compliance across the company's server estate.
* Citrix - XEN App published Desktop & Published application creation and management, Citrix Design and Implementation, NetScaler's and Storefront servers (desirable).
