In this pivotal role, you will drive demand forecasting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize supply chain processes.

Role Profile:

  • Own the demand forecasting process for global workstreams

  • Work closely with Commercial, Distribution, Product, and Operations teams to establish standardized processes and global forecasting requirements.

  • Manage the monthly S&OP cycle, driving all variables to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement KPI metrics to enhance forecast accuracy and communication.
  • Create and oversee tools, trackers, and dashboards to optimize planning and visibility.
  • Conduct precise data analysis to support business decisions and activities.
  • Partner with Commercial, Product, and Supply teams on New Product Development (NPD) and End-of-Life projects.
  • Act as the primary contact for external customers regarding demand and supply processes.

What You Will Bring:

  • Expertise in Demand Planning and Inventory Management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Extensive knowledge of S&OP processes and key forecasting metrics.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver data insights to executive leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong business acumen.
  • High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
