Seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to work on projects across the UK.
No overnight stay, running 3-4 projects simultaneously and ensuring visits are made in accordance to the need of the projects. 1 day at 1 project and flexibility working from home and office
This role would suit someone who likes getting out and about and happy to work on High end residential, education, care homes etc

This M&E Quantity Surveyor must have enough experience to run their own projects and demonstrate a proven track record working on MEP projects across commercial sectors.

This is a new position

You will be responsible for:

Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
Produce monthly commercial reports
Monthly financial reviews
Support Preconstrution
Cash flow forecasting
Dispute resolution
Validation of Contracts
Procurement
To agree and resolve final accounts
Manage and implementation the insurances for the work packages
Cost value reconciliations and the variation's procedures
Risk and opportunity management procedures
Attend meetings
