We're looking for an experienced Technician to deliver models with a focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services and their integration with architectural and structural elements.
Location: West Midlands
Job Type: Contract / Perm
Rate: Outside IR35
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D models & 2D outputs
- Lead design reviews & coordination meetings
- Support project delivery & task completion
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, AutoCAD, & Navisworks
- Clash detection & coordination expertise
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
