I am currently recruiting for a Senior UX Designer to join a growing Product team as they look to develop their digital strategy.
Senior UX Designer - What will you be doing?
* Enhancing existing solutions, taking ownership of the digital product.* Leading the design and development of the digital solutions.* Using data to identify areas for improvement, then designing enhancements based on feedback and data-driven insights.* Working closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Senior UX Designer - What will you be doing?
* Expertise in conducting user research, creating user personas, user journeys, and site maps to inform design decisions.* Experience in performing gap analysis to benchmark products against competitors and identify areas for improvement.* Experience conducting user testing to refine and enhance designs.* Experience in designing for cross-platform applications.
