About the Role
- Position: ServiceNow Developer/Engineer
- Salary: 57,500 - 72,000
- Location: London-based with hybrid working (2 days in-office)
- Scope: Global position acting as the technical lead and escalation point for ServiceNow, including integrations, automation, and platform management.

Key Responsibilities & Core Technologies
- Oversee the day-to-day technical management of the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, optimising automation and integration.
- Develop, configure, and maintain workflows, integrations, and the Service Portal.
- Act as the technical escalation point for junior staff and mentor their development.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, platform health, and version support.
- Core technologies include:
- ServiceNow Scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, UI Actions/Policies.
- Service Portal Design: Widget creation, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
- ServiceNow Modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
- ITIL Frameworkand experience withAgile Development.
About you?
2+ years experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a ServiceNow Admin Certification with a solid understanding of relational databases.
