The Role:
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team for this dynamic business, the SHEQ Manager will lead and develop a dedicated SHEQ team across multiple UK sites and a variety of projects. As a beacon for best practice and quality across the business, you will drive continuous improvement in safety culture and operational compliance.
The post holder will ensure full regulatory compliance and implement best-in-class SHEQ practices across all areas of the organisation and will collaborate with the senior leadership to embed a safety-first mindset.

About You:
As a dynamic and driven HSE & Quality professional, you will have proven SHEQ leadership experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting. You will have a strong knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 standards and best in class compliance.

As a hands-on influential leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will be fully NEBOSH-qualified with a track record of delivering impactful SHEQ strategies in dynamic and changing environments with multiple daily challenges around safety and quality.
