We are currently seeking Paramedics with assessment streaming and triage experience to join our team and support A&E departments in Sandwell, Dudley, and Walsall within the Midlands.

  • Role Requirements:
  • Paramedics or Nurses with experience in assessment streaming and triage within A&E departments.
  • NMC pin required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as part of the Urgent Care team, supporting and enhancing the Emergency Department Service Delivery.
  • Liaise with colleagues and provide effective multidisciplinary team working within the organisation.
  • Provide care and advice to service users using clinical assessment skills and evidence-based practice to deliver timely and effective treatment.
  • Act within agreed protocols, guided by organisational policies and within the scope of professional practice.
  • Work under indirect supervision, accessing team knowledge and skills as needed.
  • Offer flexibility and commitment to the team and work across a diverse range of shift patterns to support service delivery.
  • Ensure safeguarding and infection control protocols are adhered to.
