An exceptional business based within Birmingham City Center are seeking a Team PA to join their fast-paced office for a 6 month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close knit team if you have some previous experience within a PA capacity. The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid role with occasional work in London and a salary of up to 30k!

You will enjoy a busy role with lots of variety, you will be responsible for;

  • Managing relationships with all external stakeholders
  • Diary management
  • Organizing travel
  • Organizing meetings
  • Ensuring documentation is dealt with correctly
  • Proactive use of relevant CRM
  • Organization of events
  • Any other adhoc administrative tasks required

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a PA capacity, preferably in a professional services setting supporting multiple individuals, a passion for providing an excellent service and a willingness to learn. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
