Telesales Executive

Coleshill, Birmingham

£22,000-25,000 + commission, OTE comfortably £30K+

Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a small and expanding business, set up by Directors with many years of experience. They are continuing their growth, and are looking to bring on at least one Telesales Executive, potentially two who will be generating and qualifying leads through calling of both colder and warm leads. This role will be office based in Coleshill, Birmingham.

The Role:

Engaging in telephone prospecting calls
Identifying and contacting key decision makers within businesses
Accurate record keeping of all conversations, diarising catch up conversations with existing clients
Qualifying leads, and working closely with Business Development Managers who can close deals
Support with email and social media campaigns

The Ideal Telesales Executive will have:

An outstanding telephone manner, with the confidence and credibility to sell to key decision makers in SMEs
The drive and tenacity to engage in high volume prospecting calls, 50+ per day
An ability to build rapport and manage relationships with potential clients
Experience in or knowledge of Financial Services/Asset finance would be extremely beneficial
Ability to work full time in the office in Coleshill, Birmingham
